FPWC campgrounds - Sugar River, Seward Bluffs, Hononegah - will close for the season on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. Water at the campgrounds will be shut off towards the end of the season when freezing temperatures arrive. There is not a specific date, the decision in made depending on weather conditions.

FPWC has been awarded a $50,000 subgrant by The Morton Arboretum’s Chicago Region Trees Initiative (CRTI) to improve its community tree canopy. Click here to read the full press release.​
