An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $2,530,000 ** of limited general obligation bonds, series 2011A, of the Winnebago County Forest Preserve District, Winnebago County, Illinois, for the purpose of refunding a portion of the $2,715,104 outstanding aggregate principal amount of the series 2002A limited general obligation bonds of the District and acquiring land for forest preserves and incidental to the use and protection thereof; proving for the levy of a direct annual tax for the payment of principal and interest on those bonds; providing for the execution and delivery of an escrow agreement in connection with the refunding of the 2002A bonds; providing for the appointment of an escrow agent in connection with the escrow agreement; and concerning related matters.
