Graphic Design Agency Interviews

RyCOM – Ryan introduces himself and states the company was started in 2011.  Ryan asks if the Board has any questions, and the Board deferred to Ryan to tell us about the company.  Ryan goes over his education and experience, his methods and some of his past logo designs he has done for other companies such as Bloom and Rock River Spirits and explains why he developed the logo as it is.  Mary McNamara Bernsten inquires on how he would work with the marketing director to develop the logo and Brad states he would research outside the community to determine what they see.

Manifesto – Brad Carlyle introduces himself from Manifesto.  Brad began by giving a brief background about the Manifesto agency.  Brad shows the Board and staff several pieces of his work and explains his thought behind the design of each piece.  Mary McNamara Bernsten inquires how he measures the success of a project and Brad replies that he looks at the piece to see if it has done its job.  He states he looks at how the piece has appealed to the market and if I got the response that was expected.

Meeting adjourned at 12:00 PM.
