Nurture Nature: a Volunteer Open House February 19, 2015

Forest Preserves of Winnebago County invites you to Nurture Nature: Volunteer Open House from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at FPWC headquarters, 5500 Northrock Drive, Rockford, IL. Come and learn about the many ways you can help nurture nature in the forest preserves: habitat restoration, wildlife monitoring, plant propagation and care, trails maintenance, environmental education, special events and more. Make friends and have fun by joining our community of people who want to learn about nature, spend time in beautiful outdoor settings and help make our home more diverse and sustainable.
