CLOSED SESSION

Audrey Johnson made a motion to go into closed session at 6:22 p.m.

Land Acquisition – Lithuanian Club sale was originally brought up in April of 2019.  Ray Ferguson purchased another 32 acres that are connected to the Lithuanian Club with the hopes that one day the Lithuanian Club would sell to the Preserves and he would sell his property to the Preserves also.  The Lithuanian Club now wants to sell to the Preserves.  The Preserves appraised value was less than the Lithuanian Club’s appraised value.  However, the Club has agreed to the Preserves appraised value and Mike has the signed contracts for both the Lithuanian Club and the Ferguson properties.  He has applied for a Clean Energy Foundation grant for the Ferguson property and the Lithuanian Club.  The sale contracts are contingent upon the grant.

At 6:42 p.m. the meeting returned to open session.  Audrey Johnson made motion to go back into closed session, Gloria Lind seconded. No action was taken while in closed session.
